California Pain is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) to oversee clinical operations at our Pain Management ASC. This leadership role coordinates pre-op, intra-op, and PACU activities, ensures patient safety, and guides nursing staff and support personnel to deliver high-quality care.
The Charge Nurse will ensure compliance with CMS/OSHA/Joint Commission standards, manage staffing, document accurately, and respond to emergencies while promoting a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
