Overview

Are you a fiercely competitive sales professional with a documented history of crushing your goals? We are looking for a highly motivated, self‑driven Google Pixel Sales Specialist to take ownership of the Google ecosystem inside a dedicated Verizon retail store.

• Drive relentless growth: take complete ownership of increasing Pixel device and ecosystem sales within the store.
• Sell exclusively Pixel: actively intercept and engage customers on the floor to pitch Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
• Over‑deliver on targets: consistently meet, exceed, and shatter defined weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
• Act as the in‑store brand ambassador and “Pixel Guru” for the Verizon retail team, coaching and empowering associates to sell Pixel.
• Serve as the ultimate authority on all things Google Pixel, demonstrating cutting‑edge AI features to customers and staff.
• Assist Verizon reps in converting sales when a customer shows interest in Android devices.
• Maintain the Google Pixel display area, ensuring it is pristine, fully functional, and visually dominant.
• Amplify the brand by keeping the store environment energized and focused on current Google promotions.

• Base Pay: competitive guaranteed hourly rate.
• Spiff Program: immediate cash bonus for every qualifying Pixel device and ecosystem accessory sold.
• Over‑performance bonuses tied to hitting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales benchmarks.

• Proven over‑performer with a strong background in sales and a track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs. Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience preferred.
• Self‑driven and self‑motivated, with a high sense of urgency and initiative.
• Fierce competitive streak; driven by leaderboards and performance metrics.
• Charismatic closer with high energy, approachable, and confidence to approach customers, overcome objections, and close deals.
• Coach and mentor, able to teach and inspire Verizon staff to increase overall Pixel volume.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Must have own vehicle to transport equipment (all equipment can fit in a standard trunk).
