Design Consultant (In-Home Sales) – American Bathroom Remodelers, San Diego, CA

Pay: $80,000 - $250,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand project needs, preferences, and goals
• Present bathroom remodeling solutions, products, upgrades, and financing options
• Assist customers with design selections, including fixtures, finishes, colors, and layouts
• Follow the company's proven sales process and presentation standards
• Prepare contracts and accurately document project details
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams
• Achieve individual sales and closing goals
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently present products and solutions
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and digital sales tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and travel between appointments

• Previous sales, in-home consultation, or customer-facing experience
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or design-related industries
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
