We are currently looking for skilled Heavy Equipment Operators and Labourers to join our team in Sparwood, BC! If you like challenging projects, working with some of the world’s largest equipment, and being surrounded by mountains and wildlife, then this is the job for you! TMM Projects (TMMP) is a locally owned First Nations contracting company, headquartered in Sparwood, BC. We provide civil construction and mining services working primarily with open pit mine sites in BC’s beautiful Rocky Mountains.

We operate a fleet of heavy‑duty equipment ranging from 5–90T excavators, D6-D11 dozers, 30–100T rock trucks, and more.

• Operate on steep slopes (up to approximately 26° or 45%)
• Operate in industrial or remote settings (mining, construction, forestry, etc.)
• High attention to detail required
• Maintain company quality and production standards
• Follow supervisor direction to achieve production goals
• Perform pre‑operation equipment checks (including greasing and cleaning as necessary)
• Diligently follow safety protocols

• 3+ years running heavy equipment
• Experience on D10/D11 or equivalent sized machines
• Experience on 5–90T excavators
• Civil construction, open pit mining, or forestry experience considered an asset
• GPS equipment experience considered an asset
• Class 5 Driver’s license
• Capability to pass a drug test
• Fit for duty (must be able to perform light manual labour such as lifting or repetitive tasks)
