Lockbox Data Entry Clerk – Supports wholesale lockbox operations by performing high‑volume data entry during scheduled weekend shifts. This role focuses on accurately entering payment and remittance information into lockbox systems to ensure timely and correct processing for downstream operations. The position is production‑driven and requires a typing speed of approximately 8,000 keystrokes per hour.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years or more of related work experience.

• Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to the assigned area, and applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Proven commitment to high quality customer service.
• Ability to work well with external and internal customers.
• Good time management skills to maximize production in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services and across the enterprise.
• Ability to analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation.
• Strong PC skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Lifting trays of work, pushing carts of work.
• Standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Repetitive motions.
