CENIC is seeking a Network Operations Engineer to provide front-line support for CalREN, handling incident management and early resolution of network issues. You will monitor alarms, manage tickets, and coordinate maintenance with Network Engineering and vendors.
This role requires 2+ years in a network operations environment, hands-on device experience, and strong communication to keep members and carriers informed. Applicants should be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
