• Coordinate day-to-day import logistics operations, including shipment tracking, documentation, and delivery coordination.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment updates.
• Monitor shipment schedules, identify potential delays or issues, and assist in resolving operational problems.
• Prepare, review, and maintain import-related documents and shipment records.
• Support the operations team with administrative tasks, reporting, and other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant logistics or freight forwarding experience is a plus.
• 1+ year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, import operations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work well in a team environment.
