• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, and maintain daily cleanliness of the facility.
• Receive, process, and record telephone orders, ensuring accurate change handling.
• Take inventory, complete related paperwork, and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver company products to customer locations, including flyers and door‑hangers, within designated areas.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record meeting company standards.
• Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and telephone.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to use a calculator.
• Proficient in computer keyboard or touch‑screen order entry.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 lbs, carrying, pushing, and climbing stairs as required.
• Good vision, hearing, and depth perception for in‑store tasks and driving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under stress.

Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, lifting heavy items (up to 60 lbs), carrying, pushing, and climbing five or more flights of stairs. Workers will operate in hot and cold environments and must safely handle equipment such as ovens, pelleting tools, and kitchen machinery.
