Area Manager, Management Operations Management

Xylem is hiring an Area/District Manager for the West Region, responsible for full business ownership, including P&L, customer satisfaction, safety, and operational performance. The role involves leading a high-volume, customer-centric operation, driving strategic and tactical execution, improving efficiency, and developing talent. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of leadership experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage a dispersed workforce.

A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, or related fields) is required; an advanced degree is a plus.

Water or related experience is required for this position. Ideally heavy or light industrial.
