1st Shift Production Worker
Join a dynamic production team manufacturing grout and concrete in a long-term capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, industrial environment and is committed to safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Measure and inspect products for defects, reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and finished products using a forklift.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to company guidelines.
- Follow all safety regulations and workplace procedures.
- General production experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in machine operation and general labor tasks.
- Experience with forklift operation (minimum of 3 months).
- Ability to complete basic math and measuring tasks, such as reading weight sheets and chemical labels.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable with cross-training in multiple departments.

Work EnvironmentWork in a loud, dusty, and industrial environment where safety is prioritized. Steel-toed shoes are required, and PPE such as hard hats, safety glasses, and respiratory masks are provided. The role is a 1st shift position, Monday-Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Mirada, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
