NEW-INDY PACKAGING is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities in a corrugated packaging facility. You will oversee frontline staff, ensure safety, quality, and output, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
The role reports to the Plant Superintendent and requires hands-on leadership, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate with maintenance and other departments to resolve issues promptly. This position is based on-site in La Mirada, CA.
