Grocery Outlet of La Mirada is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands‑on retail management professional to join our leadership team.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about customer service, team development, store operations, and driving results in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Supervise and lead store associates during daily operations
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience
• Manage inventory, merchandising, stocking, and product presentation
• Assist with receiving, ordering, and inventory control
• Receive and process warehouse deliveries, including palletized merchandise
• Safely operate pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and forklifts as needed
• Monitor store conditions, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Help achieve sales, productivity, and shrink goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience required
• Grocery, supermarket, warehouse, or receiving experience preferred
• Knowledge of pallet handling, receiving procedures, and backroom organization
• Experience operating manual pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and forklifts
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
