Junior Amazon & E-commerce Sales Operator
In-Office, La Mirada | Full-Time
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operator to assist with sales activities on Amazon and other marketplace platforms. You’ll support the sales team with listing management, campaign execution, reporting, and day-to-day marketplace operations to help drive growth.
Responsibilities:- Support all sales-related tasks across Multi-Country Amazon Marketplaces, Walmart, Target and more.
- Assist with product listings, pricing updates, and inventory checks
- Support the setup and monitoring of Amazon Sponsored Ads and promotional campaigns
- Track and report on sales, inventory levels, customer feedback, and advertising performance.
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects related to e-commerce expansion and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce tools
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Eagerness to learn sales and marketplace strategy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, or other platforms.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles for product listings.
- Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
- Basic understanding of paid media campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC).
