• Establish, maintain, and enhance strong relationships with real estate clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored supply chain solutions that align with their real estate projects.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients' needs are met.
• Monitor project deliveries, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to achieve better market penetration and provide outstanding service.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, manage recoveries and collections, and provide insights on market trends.
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
