세관 통관(Customs Clearance) 및 수입 업무를 담당할 Customs Entry Writer를 모집합니다.

이 포지션은 통관 서류 작성, ISF(Importer Security Filing) 관리, Shipment Tracking, Client Communication 등을 담당하며, 고객사
· Freight Forwarder·관련 파트너와 협력하여 원활한 Import Operations를 지원합니다.

• Customs Clearance Processing: 수입 통관 진행 및 Customs 규정·회사 SOP 준수
• Importer Security Filing(ISF) 관리: 정확하고 신속한 Filing 제출
• Shipment Tracking: 화물 추적 및 고객에게 업데이트 제공
• Client Communication: 이메일·전화 등을 통한 고객사
  · Freight Forwarder 소통
• Documentation & Archiving: 문서 관리 및 기록 보관
• Data Management & Reporting: 고객사 데이터 관리 및 보고
• Billing & Invoicing: 청구·인보이스 처리
• Additional Duties: 기타 지정 업무 지원

• 분석력·문제 해결 능력 보유
• 사무실 출퇴근 가능자 (Hybrid 옵션 협의 가능)
• MS Office Suite 활용 능숙
• 주말·야간 근무 가능자 우대
• Korean bilingual
• 경력 무관 (Entry Level 지원 가능)
• High School Diploma 또는 GED 필수
