Warehouse Order Picker Part Time 2nd Shift

4:00pm–9:30pm / Monday–Friday

Pay for performance: associates can earn additional compensation if they meet certain productivity thresholds.

As a warehouse associate you may work in one of the following 4 areas:

• Order Picker: Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals. Pick above ground level while adhering to safety procedures.
• Restocker: Scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves to prep next shift while adhering to safety procedures.
• Bulk Selector: Select product, pull, and pack totes; cut cases of merchandise and/or stock product; move full totes and cases onto a conveyor belt while adhering to safety procedures.
• Custodian: General cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside/outside facility: clean/sanitize restrooms, vacuum, remove carpet spots, sweep/mop floors, clean/dust chairs and partition walls, clean windows/brass, collect/remove trash. All while adhering to safety procedures.

SC1 associates may be moved into any of the above roles as needed.

• An ability to count and use basic arithmetic skills.

• An ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations.

• Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks.
• Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
• Basic English language skills (verbal & written).
• Full‑time associates must be willing to work additional overtime hours as needed.
• Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry product up to 70 lbs by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Prior warehouse or applicable experience, e.g., fast‑food (headset use a plus), stockroom, racking systems, customer service, package handling, etc.
