Our client is hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and support assigned customer accounts in a fast-paced 3PL environment. Based in La Mirada, CA, this role manages warehouse staff and workflows, inventory accuracy, KPI tracking, safety compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure service quality across assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Supervise and schedule warehouse staff, monitoring productivity and service quality.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory control.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely inbound and outbound execution.
- Track and report KPIs (throughput, accuracy, on‑time shipping) and operational metrics.
- Ensure SLA compliance and service standards for assigned customer accounts.
- Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and OSHA compliance.
- Implement SOPs and drive process improvement and cost efficiency initiatives.
- Support customer onboarding, communication, and operational updates.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or 3PL operations.
- Experience supervising or managing warehouse staff and daily operations.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation workflows.
- Experience with inventory control, KPI tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Approximately 8 years of experience in warehouse or 3PL operations.
- Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS).
- Experience in account coordination or customer‑facing operations.
- Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience).
