Associate Client Support Consultant – ADP
ADP is hiring customer service professionals for its hybrid Associate Client Support Consultant positions. The role involves solving client challenges, troubleshooting payroll issues, and providing training and support for ADP technology.
Job OverviewThe position is hybrid, working part of the week in the office and part from home. You will serve as ADP’s front‑line contact for clients with between 1 and 49 employees, delivering timely solutions and maintaining high client satisfaction scores.
Responsibilities- Provide phone and written support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving payroll-related issues.
- Partner with multiple business units to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge of payroll, federal and state compliance, and ADP products.
- Adhere to a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls, including peak season demand.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner.
- Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and client trust.
- Comfortable in a metrics‑driven call center environment.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
- A college degree is desirable but not required.
