Job Description
Provides day-to-day support and service to assigned clients via telephone, email and occasional face-to-face communication. Partners with Client Executives on projects and to identify opportunities to enhance the profitability of the client relationship. Answers client inquires and provides client education on products and services. Conducts follow up on all paperwork submitted to ensure it is completed accurately and in a timely manner by internal supporting departments.
Training: 1-2 Months of Training, Monday - Friday 9am to 5:30pm PST
Work Schedule after Training:
- Monday through Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PST)
- Sunday: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM EST (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM PST)
Basic Qualifications
- Korean Bilingual
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically less than two years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- Proven customer service/relations skills
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Some knowledge of the Payments Industry, product and system knowledge helpful
Location expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21
