• Maintain medical records in accordance with federal and state guidelines
• Assist with appointment scheduling
• Greet patient’s family/ visitors/ staff with friendly attitude and helping hand
• Answer phones/ schedule appointments
• Following security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential
• Assist with facilitating admission/discharge planning as needed
• All other responsibilities as assigned

• High degree or GED
• GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant certificate active in the state of MD
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group
• Be able to effectively communicate with others
• Computer knowledge preferred
• Previous long-term care experience desired
