Patient Access Representative III

University of Maryland Medical Center -  - Responsibilities:
Coordinate scheduling, registration, pre-admission processing, way finding, and other administrative duties.;
Provide education to patients and families regarding financial clearance and estimated costs of services.;
Obtain pre-certifications/pre-notifications and collect co-pays and deposits prior to services.;
Maintain registration documentation accuracy and prepare paperwork for admissions.;
Assist with department scheduling templates and collaborate with Care Management and Social Work to ensure reimbursement requirements are followed.
