Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Professional to join us as an entry-level team member for the front of house operations. This role involves order taking, processing payments, utilizing suggestive selling skills, creating beverages, and delivering food to guests. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance the customer experience
• Create a variety of beverages according to customer preferences
• Follow company communication procedures and guidelines

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Proficiency in handling cash and digital payments
• Strong customer service orientation and adaptability to different personalities
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time efficiently
