Full‑time:
Starting at $15.00 per hour.

Monday – Thursday: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
Friday: 1:00pm – 9:00pm

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months thereafter, based on anniversary date.

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement‑Free experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using provided scripts.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and tour the club.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point‑of‑sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals during shift.
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift.
• Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during shift.
