Job Overview

Located 45 minutes from the Nation’s Capital, the College of Southern Maryland (CSM) seeks motivated professionals to join our Workforce Development Department as part‑time or temporary faculty. You will teach coursework in healthcare, business, information technology, skilled trades, drones, or driver education and mentor students to advance their career skills.

• Teach classroom and online courses aligned with department curriculum.
• Develop instructional materials and assessments.
• Advise and mentor students to advance their career skills.
• Maintain professional certifications and stay current with industry trends.

• Real‑world experience and certifications in the listed fields.
• Ability to train instructors to deliver classroom and online instruction.
