Advisor Development Program - Financial Solutions Advisor Trainee: La Plata Financial Center

Position Overview

As an Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I), your journey begins by obtaining Securities Industry licenses. You receive dedicated study time for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams, and then learn foundational advisor skills—including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships. You analyze clients’ complex financial pictures and provide tailored advice and solutions, while humanizing financial interactions.

• Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams.
• Learn and apply foundational advisory skills such as acquiring, building, and managing client relationships.
• Analyze clients’ complex financial situations and provide tailored financial advice and solutions.
• Deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care within a financial center.
• Advance through ADP stages, ultimately progressing to a Merrill Financial Advisor position.
• In later stages, transition to a local Merrill Wealth Management office and build a new portfolio of affluent and high‑net‑worth clients.

• Bilingual Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.
• Capacity to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Hourly pay range: $28.85 – $33.65, based on experience, education, and skill set.
• Base salary only; no incentive eligibility.
