Job Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy license required; compact license accepted but full state license must be obtained during assignment if applicable,

• One professional reference required,

• SSN required for consideration,

Additional Information

• If previously employed as PRN and/or permanent staff, candidates must be gone at least one calendar year to return as a traveler,

• Virtual interviews are required as part of the selection process,
