Clinical Supervisor — Behavioral Health
A fully licensed and accredited residential behavioral health treatment center is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and support a team of therapists providing care for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
This leadership role blends hands‑on clinical supervision with operational oversight, including staff scheduling, documentation review, performance support, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality patient care and compliance standards.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active Maryland licensure (LCSW‑C, LCPC, or equivalent)
- 3–5+ years of behavioral health clinical experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of ASAM criteria and clinical documentation standards
- $100–110K salary
