• $6,000 Sign on Bonus for FT Positions
• +$3/hr 2nd & 3rd Shift Differential Weekdays +$4/hr Weekends

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable
• Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Create, update & execute individualized care plans
• Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Explain health status, changes and expectations for residents and families
• Maintain detailed records of health status, care, progress & interactions
• Oversee & delegate to LPNs and CNAs ensuring quality care and teamwork

• Licensed RN in the State of Maryland
• Must pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Strong clinical skills and leadership qualities
