Game Stop - 232 Rosewick Road - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, effectively, and courteously, assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs.;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system.;
Support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational elements, and nurture guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.;
Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in the absence of management.;
Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals accurately in the POS system.
