As an Accounting Professional II, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly so our community can continue enjoying essential library services. In this role, you’ll manage a variety of accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable, monitoring spending, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls processes and adhering to all State Board of Accounts regulations and federal and state laws.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic public-service environment. This full-time, salaried position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and supervises one FTE.

• Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, General Business, and similar work experience of two years; or
• Specialized training in government or fund accounting and similar work experience of two years.
