Project Manager
for our Facility Services Group division.

Reporting: This person will report to the FSG Division Manager

• Lead Construction Teams of Various Sizes
• Estimate construction projects and change orders
• Create, monitor and proactively keep projects on budget

• Ability to interact with owners with varying knowledge of the building process and walk them through the design process
• A team player
• Must be able to handle multiple concurrent projects and work independently with minimal supervision
• A strong sense of value in making design decisions
• Have a well-rounded knowledge of construction
• Availability to work 50 hours per week on a regular basis
