Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Construction Manager, ANS

Responsibilities

• You’ll oversee all phases of construction projects from pre‑construction planning to final punch list and closeout.
• You’ll lead and mentor on‑site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
• You’ll develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial targets.
• You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• You’ll enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes across all job sites.
• You’ll proactively identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems and resolving issues before they impact schedule or budget.
• You’ll review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments to maintain project documentation and financial control.
• You’ll conduct regular site inspections and quality‑control audits to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and company standards.
• You’ll cultivate and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure reliable partnerships and competitive pricing.
• You’ll leverage construction management software and technology to streamline processes, track progress, and report on key performance metrics.
• On‑site at the client site:
  The work location for this role is on‑site with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships.
• There is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities; we’ll be flexible to support your work/life needs.

$105,000 - $135,000 a year

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working in hyper‑scale data centers is a plus.
• Outstanding negotiating skills.
• Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.
