Project Manager; Construction

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

• Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate all aspects of project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities.
• Review and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Implement quality control measures to achieve excellence in construction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem‑solve effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
