- Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate all aspects of project execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities.
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
- Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Implement quality control measures to achieve excellence in construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem‑solve effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
