Larson-Danielson, a Design‑Build general contractor located in LaPorte, Indiana, is seeking an experienced, hard‑working Project Manager to join our team.
Reporting: This person will report to the Director of Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead construction teams of various sizes
- Estimate construction projects and change orders
- Create, monitor and proactively keep projects on budget
- Make monthly cost forecasts
- Ability to interact with owners with varying knowledge of the building process and walk them through the design process
- A team player
- Must be able to handle multiple concurrent projects and work independently with minimal supervision
- A strong sense of value in making design decisions
- Have a well‑rounded knowledge of construction
