Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role manages day-to-day construction execution for assigned campus scope. Provides on-site owner's representation that is intended to confirm execution aligns with client standards for safety, quality, schedule, and change control. • Manage contractor execution across trades; lead field coordination, weekly look-ahead planning, and constraint removal
• Oversee daily construction activities; monitor schedule performance; identify and elevate critical-path risks
• Drive issue resolution, contractor accountability, and scope conflict resolution across GC/trade interfaces
• Manage RFIs, submittals, field changes, MOPs, work plans, and closeout documentation with aging and action owners
• Track schedule drivers, procurement constraints, delivery risks; review change log with schedule impacts
• Support commissioning readiness, IST preparation, punch list progress, turnover preparation, and closeout documentation

• 10+ years of construction management experience; mission critical / data center preferred
• Demonstrated experience running RFIs, submittals, and change management on complex construction projects
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors and resolving scope conflicts in a fast-paced delivery environment
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects with a focus on infrastructure or commercial development.
• Strong proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, Construction management software (Pro Core), Bluebeam, Heavy Bid, Civil 3D.
• Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project coordination processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets while maintaining strict adherence to construction regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills along with familiarity with schematics and construction plans.
• Experience managing teams in a construction management role with excellent time management skills.
• Deep understanding of construction regulatory compliance requirements across various jurisdictions.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
