Financial Analyst
Location: LaPorte, Indiana (Fully Onsite)
Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing manufacturing team in LaPorte, Indiana. This fully onsite role will support financial planning, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or finance, strong cost accounting exposure, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities- Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, labor, and overhead variances to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and monthly performance analysis.
- Partner with operations and plant leadership to provide financial insights that support business decisions and profitability initiatives.
- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models, KPI reporting, and ad hoc analysis to support strategic planning and operational performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance.
- Experience with in a manufacturing environment with strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across departments.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing reporting tools.
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, inventory analysis, and variance reporting.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
