Senior Financial Analyst

Location: LaPorte, IN (100% Onsite)
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work alongside the Controller and executive leadership team, providing the financial insights that drive operational and strategic decisions. • Partner with the Controller and senior leadership to support strategic business initiatives.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis for executive review.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Analyze financial performance, profitability, and operational trends to identify business opportunities.
• Build financial models and provide recommendations to improve business results.
• Support month-end reporting, variance analysis, and special projects.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and processes to improve decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
