Desktop Analyst

Description

This position will be supporting our client in LaPorte, IN. As a part of this role, you will support end‑user PCs and devices on the shop floor, including PC replacement, staging, transferring user data, and deployment. Your responsibilities also include basic PC troubleshooting, logging incidents and tickets in Remedy, and using Office 365 for email.

• Support end‑user PCs and devices on the shop floor.
• Perform PC replacement, staging, data transfer, and deployment.
• Conduct basic PC troubleshooting.
• Log incidents and tickets using Remedy.
• Use Office 365 for email.

• Desktop support – Windows 10 and Windows environments.
• Office 365 experience.
• Deployment experience.
• Strong customer service skills – professional communication over phone and in person.
• Reliability and ability to schedule refreshes and troubleshoot with users.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; required for permanent role.
• Intermediate experience level.

• Contractor with indefinite duration; open to permanent positions if available.
