Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the plant's Power BI owner; build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards tracking production rate, yield, downtime, scrap, and quality.
  • Serve as the site's subject matter expert and primary user for OHCMS; act as backup to the Lot Trace Administrator and maintain lot integrity across production operations.
  • Support inventory management functions including data pulls, reconciliation support, and reporting tied to production and supply chain accuracy.
  • Pull, clean, and consolidate production data from MES systems including OHCMS; establish and maintain data standards and governance protocols for site-level data.
  • Perform cost modeling in support of manufacturing engineering and operations decisions.
  • Translate raw operational data into actionable insights for frontline supervisors and plant leadership.
  • Analyze and disseminate data to relevant audiences.
  • Make recommendations based on synthesis and interpretation of data.
  • Align recommendations to business outcomes.
