As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinances, regulations and building codes. You will also ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.

This position is also responsible for the provision of quality laundry service.

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance department to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and codes.
• Maintain a sanitary, attractive, and orderly community that is in good repair and free from hazards related to electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems.
• Ensure provision of quality laundry service.

• A passion for working with seniors.
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
• Prior maintenance experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
• Minimum of one year of prior supervisory maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
