As an Air Sprayer, you will play a crucial role in applying protective coatings to various surfaces using various techniques. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the durability, corrosion resistance, and performance of critical components.

• Masking, fixturing, painting, and polishing
• Masking parts for processing in blast booth
• Prepare rotors and components according to coating instructions and drawings
• Post-process parts by polishing and touching up coated surfaces, deliver parts and components to the appropriate department, dispose of waste materials according to regulations, use and operate the overhead cranes and forklifts
• Comply with requirements of risk manager assessments and safety procedures
• Use PPE as identified in risk assessments of other related safety documents
• Do not undertake activities that have not been risk assessed, or where an assessment is not available or understood
• Report any instances of spillage, uncontrolled exposure or other related safety issues to their line manager
• Ensure the correct use of waste segregation facilities and the efficient use of natural resources and draw materials

• Minimum of 2 years coating experience in an industrial environment
• Basic knowledge and understanding of turbo machinery repair preferred
• Be able to work overtime when necessary
