What You'll DoOperate with care and precision
Set up, load, and operate machinery safely and efficiently-making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Maintain equipment performance
Clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery regularly. Perform basic repairs and keep things in top working order.
Ensure top-quality results
Inspect your work and the products you help create to ensure they meet our high standards.
Tackle problems proactively
If a machine malfunctions, you'll troubleshoot, make safe adjustments, and notify the right personnel.
Work as a team
You’ll collaborate with other operators, supervisors, and support staff to meet production goals and deadlines.
Keep communication open
Report issues, suggest improvements, and document problems when needed.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude

- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfort working in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of machine operation experience
- Ability to perform basic math (fractions, decimals, percentages)
- Basic computer skills (email, operating systems, etc.)
Preferred:
3 or more years in a production or manufacturing setting
