Processing Technician I
Seeking a Processing Technician I to support manufacturing and production operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of production, material handling, mold processing, inspection, and equipment operation tasks while maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirement/Must Have:- Ability to read and interpret Product Criteria and Activity Instructions.
- Ability to use various measuring devices and computer systems for lot tracing.
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and material handling tools.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team under general supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to maintain expected quality standards.
- Ability to lift, stand for extended periods, and perform physical production activities.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
- Experience operating forklifts, hoists, or industrial equipment is a plus.
- Experience with mold processing, alloy cutting, or material preparation is preferred.
- Perform production and utility operations including mold processing, alloy cutting, material cutting, mold wrapping, oven loading, and chamber loading.
- Retrieve, inspect, and prepare molds for processing activities.
- Load and unload molds into ovens and vacuum chambers.
- Operate equipment including alloy cutting saws, forklifts, hoists, ovens, and steam autoclaves.
- Maintain accurate production records and paperwork.
- Inspect equipment and maintain operational readiness for daily use.
- Follow material preparation and wrapping instructions according to engineering specifications.
- Support inventory management and lot traceability processes.
- Conduct mold inspections and perform approved mold repairs when required.
- Input production and inspection data into internal systems.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and perform required cleaning activities.
- Follow all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required personal protective equipment at all times.
- Report safety, health, and environmental concerns promptly to supervisors.
- Participate in safety and EHS training activities.
- Support quality initiatives to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Work overtime as required to support operational needs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
