Product Engineer

This Product Engineer role supports the manufacturing of highly engineered aerospace components, ensuring products consistently meet strict customer and quality requirements. The position owns the dimensional integrity of assigned parts and is responsible for developing tooling, inspection methods, qualification plans, and manufacturing processes that enable efficient and repeatable production. Acting as a key technical resource, the engineer works closely with customers, quality teams, and production personnel to resolve manufacturing challenges, investigate defects, and implement corrective actions.

In addition to supporting day-to-day production, the Product Engineer leads continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, rework, and overall manufacturing costs. The role involves analyzing quality and production data, conducting root cause investigations, developing FMEAs and control plans, supporting new product introductions, and validating tooling for production readiness. This is a highly cross-functional position that combines elements of product engineering, manufacturing engineering, process improvement, and quality engineering within a precision aerospace manufacturing environment.
