Centurion Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide holistic nursing care at the LaPorte Juvenile Correctional Facility in Indiana. This per diem position requires an Associate's degree and a Registered Nurse license. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to address the physical, psychological, and social needs of incarcerated patients.
The RN will be responsible for patient care under the direction of the Director of Nursing and participate in identifying patient needs.
