Schedule & Call Requirements:

1 weekend per month, with call coverage
Weekday call required 4-5 days per pay period (weekend call included)
Call shifts run from end of shift until 7:30 am, Monday through Friday as scheduled
Weekend call is from end of shift Friday through 7:30 am Monday

Required Qualifications:

Active RN license with eligibility to practice
Minimum of 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience
BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
Strong ability to work collaboratively under pressure
Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and assessment skills
Comfortable with call and flexible scheduling

Key Responsibilities:

Care for patients before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures
Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Monitor and assess patient status, recognizing and responding to complications
Prepare and maintain sterile field and equipment for procedures
Educate patients and families on the procedure process and aftercare
Document interventions, assessments, and care accurately and promptly
