Night Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week
Travel Intermediate Care Unit Registered Nurse
SHIFT:
Nights 6:45P-7:15A; no on-call requirements
START ASAP
DURATION: 13 Weeks - two week cancellation with no penalty
La Porte , IN

RTO BLACKOUT DATES OR REQUIRED HOLIDAYS:
Holidays blacked out dependent on need

SHIFT:
Nights 6:45P-7:15A; no on-call requirements

REQUIRED:
Yes, may have to float to Med/Surg
BLOCK SCHEDULING:
Not an option
REQUIREMENTS:
** RN IN licensure
** ACLS, BLS required
** 1-2 year's Critical Care experience
EMR:
Cerner experience preferred, but not required
SCOPE OF ROLE:
Fast paced, intermediate care unit
APPROVED ORIENTATION DATES:
Dependent on years of experience
NUMBER OF BEDS IN UNIT: 30 beds
PATIENT RATIO: 4 or 5:1
SCRUB COLOR:
Navy blue
TRAVELERS SUBMITTED MUST ATTACH REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS OR WILL BE REJECTED
MUST INCLUDE DRIVER'S LICENSE /PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS ON THE SUBMISSION - ADDRESS MUST MATCH
TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY – LOCAL CANDIDATES NOT ACCEPTED
