Altra Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality home health care for pediatric and adult patients in their homes. You will perform G-tube feedings, wound care, trach/vent care as needed, and collaborate with physicians, therapists and families.
Shifts range 4–12 hours with flexible day, evening and weekend options. Indiana LPN license and CPR are required, with training provided for specialized equipment and complex care scenarios.
