Retail Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Trainer to join our team. The Retail Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our retail staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.

This role is responsible for providing dynamic, classroom, and hands‑on retail training to entry‑level employees, conducting orientation, and assisting in the smooth onboarding experience for new employees. This position reports to the District Manager, who evaluates performance annually.
