A Midwest Corrugated Packaging manufacturer are looking for a talented, new business development driven sales individual to be searching for new business in the Midwest around the La Porte, IN facility or the Tecumseh, MI facility.

• Hunting and winning new business across your Midwest territory through prospecting, cold outreach and networking
• Building and managing your own pipeline and book of accounts, with regular in-person customer visits
• Selling consultatively, understanding each customer's needs and matching them to the right corrugated solutions
• Working closely with design, production and quality to deliver for your customers
• Growing existing accounts and improving margins while hitting your volume targets
• Owning your territory, your relationships and your numbers

• A genuine hunter's mindset, we'll back drive and hunger over years on the clock
• Some B2B sales experience with a track record of winning new business and hitting targets
• Corrugated or packaging knowledge is a plus, but we'll teach the product to the right person
• Self-motivated and comfortable running your own territory autonomously
• A consultative approach and the confidence to open doors and build relationships
• Comfortable with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce
• The right attitude and results matter more than a degree or a set number of years
